7 月 12 日，第七届 “一带一路” 国际教育合作高峰论坛在北京成功举办，相关部委领导、院士专家、行业专家、优秀教育家以及中国院校代表等 600 余人齐聚一堂，共襄盛举。河北美术学院国际交流与合作中心主任、国际教育学院院长兰新成代表学校应邀出席，与参会代表共同探讨充分发挥国际教育合作交流优势，稳步提升国际教育合作水平，全面助力新时代 “一带一路” 教育行动的高质量发展的新路径。

On July 12, the 7th "Belt and Road" International Education Cooperation Summit Forum was successfully held in Beijing. Over 600 participants, including leaders from relevant central ministries and commissions, academicians, industry experts, outstanding educators, and representatives from Chinese colleges and universities, gathered to join this grand event. Lan Xincheng, Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Center and President of the School of International Education at Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, attended on behalf of the university and joined other participants in exploring new approaches to fully leverage the advantages of international education cooperation and exchanges, steadily enhance the level of international education cooperation, and comprehensively facilitate the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road" educational initiatives in the new era.

参加此次论坛，为我校国际教育交流合作开启了新的篇章；未来，我校将以此次论坛为契机，进一步拓展与南亚高校的交流与合作。

“一带一路” 国际教育合作高峰论坛（IECS）于 2024 年 8 月 18 日由教育部主管的中国智慧工程研究会职业规划发展工作委员会发起，“一带一路” 国际教育合作高峰论坛组委会主办，在 “一带一路” 沿线国家驻华大使及中外高校的支持下成功举办。论坛期间成立了 “一带一路” 国际教育合作联盟与 “一带一路” 职教出海国际合作联盟。截至目前，IECS 已成功举办六届。

The "Belt and Road" International Education Cooperation Summit Forum (IECS) was initiated on August 18, 2024 by the Career Planning and Development Work Committee of China Smart Engineering Research Association (under the administration of the Ministry of Education) and hosted by the Organizing Committee of the "Belt and Road" International Education Cooperation Summit Forum. It was successfully held with support from ambassadors of countries along the "Belt and Road" to China and Chinese and foreign universities. During the forum, the "Belt and Road" International Education Cooperation Alliance and the "Belt and Road" Vocational Education International Cooperation Alliance were established. So far, six sessions of IECS have been successfully held.
