国际教育学院的主要职能和任务是：统筹学校国际交流，留学生的教学、学生管理以及留学服务工作。学院始终坚持“引进优质资源，弘扬中国文化”为理念；以“服务应用型人才培养”为目标，旨在为学生搭建良好的留学平台，全力服务学生。为社会培养具有国际视野、专业素养、创新意识，德智体美劳全面发展的应用型艺术人才。 开展以服务来华留学和合作办学为目标的国际交流。已与韩国、日本、意大利、俄罗斯、乌克兰、英国、美国、加拿大、德国、澳大利亚等地区的院校建立友好合作关系。并先后与韩国湖南大学、明知大学、京畿大学、意大利米兰ACME美术学院、罗马美术学院、美国卡罗莱纳海岸大学、英国创意艺术大学、爱尔兰利莫瑞克理工学院等35所大学交流与合作。并逐步推进校际合作（研究生联合培养）、中外合作办学、来华留学等领域的合作，已为学校教育教学改革奠定基础，逐步实现教育国际化的发展战略。 我校与韩国湖南大学合作举办风景园林专业本科教育项目、意大利米兰ACME美术学院合作举办服装与服饰设计专业本科教育项目，均已获教育部批准立项；与美国卡罗莱纳海岸大学合作举办影视摄影与制作专业《中美人才培养计划》121双学位项目实验班，已获河北省教育厅批准立项。现在校外国留学生50余人。
The primary functions and tasks of the International Education College are to coordinate the university's international exchanges, the teaching and student management of international students, as well as study abroad services. The college consistently adheres to the philosophy of "introducing high-quality resources and promoting Chinese culture"; aiming to "serve the cultivation of applied talents", it strives to build a good platform for students to study abroad and fully serve the students. It aims to cultivate applied art talents with international perspectives, professional competence, innovative consciousness, and comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics, and labor for the society. It conducts international exchanges aimed at serving international students studying in China and cooperative education. It has established friendly cooperative relations with institutions in South Korea, Japan, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, the UK, the USA, Canada, Germany, Australia, and other regions. It has also engaged in exchanges and cooperation with 35 universities including Honam University, Myongji University, Kyonggi University in South Korea; ACME Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, Academy of Fine Arts of Rome in Italy; Coastal Carolina University in the USA; University for the Creative Arts in the UK; and Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland. It is gradually advancing cooperation in areas such as inter-university cooperation (joint postgraduate training), Sino-foreign cooperative education, and study in China, which has laid the foundation for the university's education and teaching reform, gradually realizing the development strategy of educational internationalization. Our university has cooperated with Honam University in South Korea to hold an undergraduate education project in landscape architecture, and with ACME Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, Italy to hold an undergraduate education project in fashion and apparel design, both of which have been approved by the Ministry of Educatio.
